1. Booking and Registration
All services are provided by prior appointment via email, online system, phone, or in-person booking at the office.
2. Punctuality
Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.
Avoid arriving too early to ensure you do not disturb other guests.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
For rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, we cannot guarantee the exact timing of the canceled procedure.
4. Salon Etiquette
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, and making loud noises (including phone conversations).
How to Prepare for the Procedure
1. Hydration
Ensure you drink enough water (at least 1.5–2 liters) the day before, on the day of, and after the procedure to support your body’s detoxification process. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water with you.
2. Light Meal
Eat a light meal 2–3 hours before the procedure to avoid discomfort.
3. Clothing
Wear clothing that fully covers the treatment area:
For leg treatments: wear long pants and socks instead of shorts.
For arm treatments: wear a long-sleeved top.
Clothing should be lightweight, preferably cotton, for comfort during the session.
We also recommend bringing a small towel with you.
4. Avoid Stimulants
Refrain from consuming alcohol or caffeine before the procedure, as they may increase blood pressure and reduce therapy effectiveness.
Contraindications
Pressotherapy is strictly contraindicated in the following conditions:
Pregnancy (especially during the first trimester) and breastfeeding period
High blood pressure or severe cardiovascular diseases (e.g., heart failure)
Deep vein thrombosis or suspected blood clots
Malignant tumors or suspected malignancies
Acute inflammatory processes or fever
Open wounds, burns, or skin infections (dermatitis, eczema) in the treatment area
Menstruation
If you have any of these conditions, the procedure cannot be performed without prior consultation with a doctor.
Non-Recommendable Conditions
If you have any of the following conditions, we recommend consulting a doctor before undergoing pressotherapy:
Recent surgeries (less than 3 months ago)
Tendency to bleed or hypersensitive skin
Liver or kidney diseases
Post-alcohol consumption or other stimulants
If in doubt, inform your specialist before starting the session.
Recommendations After the Procedure
1. Drink More Water
Increase water intake (up to 8 glasses per day) for 1–3 days after the procedure.
2. Light Physical Activity
Engage in light physical exercises (e.g., walking) and stretching to maintain blood and lymph circulation.
3. Avoid Stimulants
Refrain from consuming alcohol and caffeine after the procedure.
4. Skin Care
Use gentle hypoallergenic skincare products on treated areas, avoiding aggressive cosmetics or chemicals.
5. Follow Specialist Recommendations
If compression garments or additional advice are prescribed, follow them to achieve maximum results.
