About Breathing

Why Breathing Matters?

The breathing techniques we offer at LoreMeda are based on scientific principles of physiology and biomechanics. These are not "energetic" or esoteric practices, but real tools for supporting health, approved by medical professionals. In today's world, the vast majority of people breathe incorrectly every day — too shallow, under stress, or with haste — leading to decreased organ efficiency, chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, and other issues. Mastering physiological breathing is simple, and you will quickly notice positive changes: increased energy, reduced stress, improved cardiovascular function, brain circulation, and many other bodily functions.
